Hi there,
I've been trialing Graphics Frame Analyzer and so far have been having good results with it.
Normally, in order to make a capture I have to put our DX11 renderer into WARP mode and then perform the capture. (If I use the normal hardware renderer it'll crash our application - but that's workable)
Anyway today on performing my capture it worked just fine. When I load it in GFA the Graphics Monitor repeatedly crashes.
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: gpamonitor.exe
Application Version: 15.1.3.47491
Application Timestamp: 5524f7e2
Fault Module Name: KERNELBASE.dll
Fault Module Version: 6.1.7601.18409

OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.4
Locale ID: 2057

Additional Information 3: 0c41
Additional Information 4: 0c41efeabb379eb5c2a06043c36ad1d7
Unfortunately I can't seem to get a stack trace or dump file out of it when it crash files, but I can supply the capture file.
Any help?
Kind regards,
Simon

Hello Simon,
Can you share the frame? Also, can you provide output from GPA Monitor 'About...' menu?
regards, Sergey

Cheers Sergey.
It's GFA for DirectX 2015 R1 15.1.244099. Where should I upload the capture? It's ~250 MB.
Thanks

If you can - please upload it to any file sharing host (www.filedropper.com, www.megafileupload.com or dropbox). You can then send me a link in a private message through this forum.

Hi Simon, Colin,
I am the new forum moderator for GPA. I'm sorry FA is crashing for you. The links in this private message thread have gone stale. Are these frames still crashing for you? Would it be possible to get your most recent frame captures so that I can try to recreate your problem. (I have a 4k monitors as well) Feel free to private message me with the Dropbox link.
If I can't seem to recreate it, I will work on getting you a different build.
Thank you for your patience as we get this issue resolved for you!
Seth
