I am working on the stratix 10 board from the Intel Devcloud using OpenCL. After optimizing my kernel, I find unexplainable execution times. So I decided to relaunch an old version already validated on the Stratix 10 node. This old version was compiled in May and gave an average execution time of 1.62s, now I run the same .aocx file, and it gives me 201s in runtime. I can't find a plausible explanation for this difference as long as it is the same .aocx file (not even recompiled). Is it possible that the execution of the kernel is interrupted or slowed down on the Devcloud? Or does anyone have any idea of the problem?
