Hello, I posted this question yesterday but for some reason it was closed without receiving any responses.

We are using several intel/altera products in commercial design, and are looking for reliability data on them, specifically failure in time (FIT) rate data which most companies provide upon request. We’re looking for FIT data on the following parts.

EN6347QA Intel / Altera | Mouser

EN63A0QA Intel / Altera | Mouser

These are switching regulators which will be under a high load so it is important to have this information. Although these are enpirion power solutions devices which are marked for discontinuation within the next year, we are using a large volume of them.

If you could provide this information that would be greatly appreciated.
