devcloud support opae?

Hi,

Can devcloud support OPAE API? Is a lightweight user-space library that provides abstraction for FPGA resources in a compute environment. Built on top of the OPAE Intel® FPGA driver stack that supports Intel® FPGA platforms.

Can someone answer me are DevCloud able to support FPGA opae program API? As understand it require d some kernel update and library stack.
