Intel, please update hardcopy documentation to November 2018

The Intel Software Developer's Manual was updated to version 68 last month on intel.com. However, the hardcopy files which Intel maintains on lulu.com are still all the old version 67. INTEL PLEASE UPDATE. Also Intel please update the hardcopy of the Optimization Reference Manual to current version 40, replacing the current VERY OLD version 36 which is at lulu.com!

The SDM hardcopy manuals have been updated to revision 068; apologies for the delay. The optimization manual is not currently available due to the size. The hardcopy maximum page limit is 740 pages and the current optimization manual is 788 pages. In 2019 there will be some changes to the optimization manual and at that time we will be able to make the hardcopy available once again.
