MWAIT Bug Haswell-E(306F1) CPUs with new uCodes(0x3C)

Dear Intel.

When I test stock capabilities my CPU Core i7 5820K (Turbo Boost behavior) with last public available uCodes for Windows my system after some time idle freeze aka MWAIT bug on Skylake-S.

After hard reset my system motherboard report POST :00(no CPU equal no PLL ) .

And after second hard reset my system boot normally, I instantly deactivate C3/C6 States(aka disable core parking) .

When will be released fixed uCodes for this issue(C3/C6 State bug) for Haswell-E?
