Anyone know what steps I should take to get cryptography lib?

I downloaded IPP lib but found it does not have cryptography lib which is what I want. I then followed the website and requested the lib and someone in Intel perf lib group contacted my via email. But the thing is they kept asking me to register at: https://registrationcenter.intel.com, which I already did for my evaluation license. They also asked me if I have an account at https://premier.intel.com, which surely I don't, and I don't know where to register since I only want an evaluation copy at this moment.

Now things seem to be in a deadlock and Intel guys kept asking me the same stupid question which I have already answered multiple times. The whole thing about downloading an evaluation copy of cryptography is so confusing and frustrating. Intel really should make this whole thing much simpler! And I am going to abandon Intel if I still can not get a straight answer from them.

Anyone know what exact steps should I take to get the lib?

These steps/links really don't help - I already did all of the above. None of the Intel correspondence gave me any instruction on how to download the library. They either kept asking me to resigter (which I did multiple times) or sending me the evaluation license key (which I have already).

I was told I need a premier support account to download the lib, which I don't have. And if I tried to login on premier support webpage, I always get permission denied message.

None comes strightforward on what exactly I should do. It has already been several weeks since I started requesting the lib, but no progress has been made.

It is really a pity that Intel has such a confusing mechanism (or policy, or support structure) for such a simple download task. This is really driving potential customer away.
