Hello,
Serveral GSM-AMR modes are adopted as own Standards:
Mode 6.7 is PDC-EFR
Mode 7.4 is IS-641 in TDMA
Mode 12.3 ist GSM-EFR
Payloadformat is the same (with new SID-Types). rtp payload with type GSMAMR will be decoded with my Intel-IPP based decoder.
If I get e.g. GSM-EFR rtp payload. If I pass it through the GSMAMR Decoder, can it decode these payload?
