Creating AVI files

Hi!

I know this isn't the apropriate place for this question, but how can I make AVI files from my variable FPS MPEG4 simple profile stream?

I use a program called AVI to ALL it converts the files back and forthand you can find it for free on the net yet I don't have the link just google it.

Thanks for your answer, but unfortunatelly I have to create AVI from an mpeg4 video stream and from audio within a program. I have to make my program to be able to create avi files from the received stream.
