Decode at lesser frame rate

Hi,

We have H264 stream coming at 25 fps, 640x480 and we are able to decode this.

Is it possble to decode this stream at 5fps, 320x240?

Please help

Hi Vikas,

Call decoder.GetFrame() every 200 ms interval

Then call ippiResize() passing it 0.5 for the X and Y factors.
