does anybody know if the IPP based H264 decoder could be used to decode a H264 SVC stream? H264 SVC differs in some ways from "conventional" H264, so I would like to know if this is /will be supported in IPP.
It's been a while since I experimented with SVC, but I think the IPP H264 decoder decodes the SVC base layer without any problems - this is expected since the base layer is valid H264.
