How can I calculate Ipp32fc*pTaps for IppsFIRInitAlloc_32fc, if IppsFIRGenBandpass_64f returns array Ipp64f* - type?

It looks that you need a complex FIR filter coefficient generating function. Currently only double float is provided in IPP. We will track this request for the future consideration.
