Hyper-Thread Enabled DLL's

I have a 3.06Ghz/533MHzFSB P4.
CoreGetCpuType indicates it is ippCpuP4HT (as it should); but, the dispatcher ipps20will only run the program using ippsw7 and not ippst7. Did I miss some required step?

On Intel Pentium 4 processor the IPP dispatcher will select W7 DLLs which contains support for Hyper Threading technology. This is the right behaviour.
