IPP wippi.hpp modification permission

Hello,

May we modify the following C++ IPP wrapper:
../ipp-samples/image-processing/image-processing-templates/include/wippi.hpp
and use the modified filefor our development andcompilationof our products ?

We need to adjust wippi.hpp for our own image classes.

ippEULA.rtf contains the following restrictions:
"You may NOT: ... (iv) modify, adapt, or translate the Materials ..."
i.e. we may not modify wippi.hpp according our needs.

1. Is thereway to useIPP C++ wrapper with our ownimage classes ?
2.Who may permit to modify wippi.hpp file (contact details,Intel Israel department is preferable) ?
