MP4 framerate question

Setting the info.framerate at the Encoder and the Decoder Params does not affect the default framerate 15 of an MP4 stream, is there a work around?

*Stream is encoded with MPEG4 Encoder and then decoded with MPEG4 Decoder of the UMC samples.

Hi Assad.
As I understood you are trying to encode stream using UMC MP4 encoder and you haven't seen desired framerate.
If so please look to the frame scale (the fifth parameter) and the RateControl (16th line from the bottom) in the encoder parameter file.
RateControl should be 1 for the framerate control and frame scale will be desired framerate.
