Rectangles Intersect

Hi

I seem to recal reading about a function in IPPP that detects whether a rectangle is within another rectangle (or intersects it), but I cannot find it. Does anyone know of the function, or was I dreaming?

PS. Why is there so little difference (barely perceptible) in the output between Cubic and Lanczos resize filters? I used to use FreeImage and there was a drastic difference (FreeImage uses Lanczos3, is this different?).

Hi we do not have function to detect intersection for rectangles.
