Does this control videos framerate at which its played? It works in h264 decoder - however it does not work on mpeg2 decoder - why doesn't this? The video of mpeg2 plays at the rate it was encoded at. the h264 video sample was encoded by me (30 snapshots of bitmaps from some ultrasounds placed into the encoder). Is there something special I need to do in mpeg2 decoder to change fps at which its played at?
