Unable to measure Voice Quality of Microsoft Live Office Communicator (SIREN CODEC Issue)

Hi,

We are facing a problem in estimating the Voice quality(MOS score & R-Factor) of the voice communication between two Live office communcator peers even with the session is established using plain TCP.

VOIP tools are not able to identify the pay load.The capture shows the audio codec used as "SIREN"

Is there any tool that can decode SIREN audio and provide the metrcis (MOS score & R-factor ) for the voice communication between two peers
