Why I get this error: No DLLs were found in the Waterfall procedure

Hello,

We have Olympus microscope with camera which comes with software.

We have normally installed the program from the Olympus on Windows XP SP3 without any problems.

But after that when we want to open the program, it give us this error:

No DLLs were found in the Waterfall procedure

after that I click ok.

and then we receive this error:

LoadLibary (SisMain.dll) failed!

We have contacted Olympus, and they told us to install IPP_5_4_3_Runtime.ZIP

from this page: https://www.olympus-sis.com/corp/2417.htm#24

But when i click on setup.exe file, and when the setup starts, few seconds later

for no reason the installation disappears... So I dont whether the installation was successful or not.

however when i try to open the program again, it give us the same error.

While I wait for the answer from Olympus, i hope someone can help.

What IPP_5_4_3_Runtime does ? can we simply copy/paste missing dll files ?

or is there another solution for that ?

Thank you

We do not support IPP 5.4.3 anymore. You can always download and try the latest IPP.

Unfortunately we do not support Windows XP SP3 with any of IPP version available at the moment.

Please refer to the system requirement page for more information:

You can download the product by visiting https://software.intel.com/en-us/ipp

Look into the section  'Get the Product'

Download Intel IPP library as part of a tool suite or as a separate, stand-alone product. You can get IPP version available from 2017 initial release. I would recommend you to get the oldest available version and try it out.
