Why is the modulo time base becoming 1 two times consecutively with MPEG4 encoder with B-frames enabled ?

Hi there,

I am using the MPEG4 encoder with B-frames option.

Encoder parameters

Time resolution : 5

Time increment : 1

The modulo time base value in the VOP header becomes 1 two times consecutively, when VOP time becomes equal and one greater then the time resolution 5.

I am not sure whether this is correct because I don't see this in MPEG4 streams generated by soft IP phones.

Please let me know what you guys think about this.

Thanks,

Ram
