YCbCr raw Data from jpeg file.. help

I try to get YCbCr raw data from jpeg file. But my source does'nt work I intended.
Seemy source, download below link.
(env: WindowsXP SP2, VisualStudio6.0 SP5, IPP4.0, Intel C++ compiler fo Windows 8.0.048)
See function : CJPGViewDoc::OnOpenDocument and
CJPEGtestDoc::OnOpenDocument
I want to get YCbCr raw data from jpeg file and handle it and save it to jpeg file.
But now, it works incorrectly nevertheless I handled nothing.
jpeg file ex.
Plz advise me to correct source.
