ask help for interpretation of DlyLine in FIRMRInitAlloc or FIRMR_Direct

Hi,
The num of elements in dlyline inFIRMRInitAlloc andFIRMR_Direct Function is defined by(TapNum+Upfactor-1)/Upfactor and it is always not an integer, Need I allocate memory for dlyline before using those functions and What Size .
