Did you mean to post this the IntelThreading Building Blocks forum rather than the Intel Integrated Performance Primitives forum? I think you might get more response if you were to post your question over there. Just taking a random guess at your output, did you execute the ippvars.bat file appropriate for your environment to include the headers and libraries for IPP in your sample code build?

You may submit this with attached log files into Intel Premier Support at https://premier.intel.com where our support engineers will provide further assistance.

In the meantime, you can also upgrade both IPP and IPP samples to the latest one 5.3 update 2 from http://www.intel.com/software/products/ipp .
