I am trying to integrate intel ipp into visual studio 2008 but when i go to
Project> Intel C++ Composer XE 2011> Select Build Components
it says that
There are neither C++ compilers nor Intel Performance Libraries installed for this platform
what can i do to integrate it?
what am i doing wrong here?

Hi,
Refer to below article, specifically 2nd picture, make sure that "integration into Microsoft Visual Studio is activated.

I solved the problem by installing an older version of intel ipp, i installed version 5.3.

Hi,
Intel IPP 5.3 is very old version (released in august 2008), to get additional performance on latest Intel platform use most recent version of Intel IPP. Currently IPP 7.0 update 6 is available to download.
