ipp_zlib does not have a buildem64t.sh

i downloaded l_ipp-samples_p_6.0.0.142.tgz. there is no buildem64t.sh in the data-compression/ipp_zlib directory.

This might be due to a fact that sample support only IA32 systems (either was designed in that way or just was not tested on EM64T systems)
