ippsSVDSort_64f_D2 support

I'm upgrading a project from IPP6 to IPP7. The ippsSVDSort_64f_D2() is not found in the new release. I found some really old threads that said the IPP7 beta did not support this function and i guess the final release doesn't have it either.

Is there a suggested work-around for emulating this functionality?

Hi Joe,

You may notice that the speech recognition domain is not included in the IPP 7.0 release. http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-ipp-70-library-release-notes/

A possibly easy way is to continue use this specific function IPP 6.x (for example, create a custom DLL for this function), and use other functions with new release.
