MPI V3.2 single-user seat can be used in HPC env?

HI everyone:

MPI V3.2 single-user seat can be used in HPC env?

Is MPI v3.2 installed in a login node,and be shared though NFS server?

Is this legal?

Intel MPI is licensed per cluster, not per node. It should be OK for the MPI to be mounted across the nodes on the cluster by NFS, although this could limit performance.
