The block diagram and board view you may find in the Technical Product Specification.  Could be that the Power Switch contacts are contaminated. You may try to spray over this switch with some Contact Cleaner. Wait few minutes and check if helped.

You may verify if the problem is caused by the Power Switch, by replacing it with momentary switch connected to pins 6-8 of the Front Panel Header (see 2.2.4.4 trough 2.2.4.4.4 in the Technical Product Specification).

To be precise, the problem arose when replacing the power button itself. When the button was removed, the contacts of the plus and the pin holed to the textolite were shorted. Thus, a short circuit was obtained. That's why I want to check all the voltages according to the scheme and identify what is wrong. And in the provided scheme, unfortunately, there is not enough information to identify a malfunction of the power supply system, it would be great if you could help me solve that problem.

In simple terms, the positive contact of the power button and textolite was closed ... As a result, we have an unusable board. Please help solve the problem!

Hi @Hello4

I don't have the board schematic and I'm doubt that you may obtain it here. But instead of using the regular Power Switch, did you tried the momentary short between pins 6-8 of the Front Panel Header? If you will remove this shorted Power Switch, will be the short circuit disrupted?

Button has been removing and two pins were accidentally torn out. When trying to restore the torn pins, they reached the textolite and closed the positive pin of the button with the textolite, while the button itself was no longer on the board. Absolutely any component on the board could burn. Board not started when shorted 2 normally pin the button.
