I am extremely ignorant as to parts of the Intel Atom. I have the back off it at the moment. Where do I find the NUC and what does it stand for.

Obviously, You do not have a NUC.

By the way, the atom x5-z8350 is a processor and has no hard drive.
I suspect you are asking about a mini-PC or a compute stick type device. You must provide the model number. If you do not have a model number, provide a photo of the front and back.
