NUC8i7HNB after BIOS update - doesn't start and display doesn't start

Hello, I did search all recent messages regarding this issue, unfortunately nothing worked for me.

I did the BIOS update offered by Intel site, upon restart nothing works normally:

1. Right green led works; 2. The display doesn't turned on; (video attached)

I tried the yellow jumper, bio file, nothing works yet.

Please help @support

Try to power your NUC in minimum hardware configuration: remove the SSD drive/drives, leave only one SI DIMM at time (check both SO DIMM in both slots). In this configuration, you should see the Intel NUC logo and you should be able to enter BIOS.

Thank you @LeonWaksman but the behavior is exactly the same. The display doesn't start.

One more thing you may try, is to disconnect the Power Adapter and the CMOS Battery Connector and reconnect them after waiting 15 minutes.
