Question regarding support for Intel NUC for Indusry - Intel® NUC 7 Business Mini PC series

Hello,

I'm looking for a suitable NUC for our production environment.
I found a few industrial models(Intel NUC Business Series) on this link.

my question is:
How do the industrial models differ from other NUC series, especially the Intel NUC 10 performance series in terms of support?

After research, I just found two features of the Business Series that are important for the production
- 24/7 support
- Are embedded models available

are there any more advantages with the industrial models for the production environment?
and how exactly does the 24/7 support work?

I have found these four devices so far. Maybe someone could tell me whether these devices support Linux OS well? in particular Debian and ubuntu

In reference to your question about the Operating Systems supported by the Intel® NUCs, in the following link you will find the ones that were validated by Intel® for each specific Intel® NUC:

Hello xtan, I just received an update on this matter.

To answer your questions:

Industrial or office models Intel® NUCs are carrying the same warranty as to any other model.

The support hours will depend on your geography, depends on where you are located, for ASMO we offer Mon-Fri 7a.m to 5p.m PST.

We still do not have embedded models available.

Additionally, please bear in mind the Linux support is limited and the best thing to do will be to get in contact directly with the OS distro for further technical assistance on this topic.
