Mine works fine with 1903. What problem did you have?

Also, unplug all usb devices from your nuc (except mouse and keyboard, of course), and try again.
And, what version of W10 are you upgrading from?

I'm running the upgrade tool again right now (going from 1809 to 1903) to get the exact message.. I may have had my phone charging via USB so maybe that was the issue... Hope to see in about 15 min.

So strange... the first two times I tried the 1903 upgrade I got some type of compatibility error.. maybe my phone was charging each time. This time it upgraded without a hitch!

Windows Update presents the following warning when I go to the settings page on my Skull Canyon. For several days now Windows Update has been inviting me to upgrade, but just now my Skull Canyon crashed (an increasingly common event) and now I get this message:
"The Windows 10 May 2019 Update is on its way. We're offering this update to compatible devices, but your device isn't quite ready for it. Once your device is ready, you'll see the update available on this page. There's nothing you need to do at this time."

Well, perhaps your problem will resolve itself, just like the previous user.

Whatever. I do not see your point. People usually are not interested in troubleshooting a problem that does not exist or corrects itself.
However, wait as long as you want.

As Al has correctly pointed out, the issue with the 1903 upgrade is that there is a bug in Windows and, during the upgrade process, it cannot support any USB device that exposes a file system nor any SD/SDHC/SDXC device being plugged in. Remove these devices for the upgrade process. That's it. BTW, MS already has a fix for this issue, it is not available in an upgrade assistant release as yet.

Do you have a problem or not? You said "I do not have a problem. (I am not interested in upgrading yet.) "
So, do you or do you not have a problem? And, if you do, then start a new thread rather than hijack this one for which you have no problem.
