Every time I try to play a video or audio file, or watch a video on youtube or other websites, I receive the following error message: intel optane(tm) memory pinning unable to load DLL 'iaStorAfsServiceApi.dll' .. I would like to know how to fix this. I have updated every thing I possibly could and the issue has not resolved itself.

Cada vez que intento reproducir un archivo de video o audio, o ver un video en youtube u otros sitios web, recibo el siguiente mensaje de error: la fijación de memoria de intel optane (tm) no puede cargar la DLL 'iaStorAfsServiceApi.dll' .. Me gustaría para saber cómo solucionar esto. He actualizado todo lo que pude y el problema no se ha resuelto por sí solo.

1. This is caused by Windows 10 1903 update.
2. To fix this click on Windows key + x.
3. Click on Apps and Features.
4. Select "Optane Memory Extension" (on the right pane) and uninstall it.
