I just bought a new Dell Inspiron 15 7000 2-in-1 Notebook. Whenever I open the Windows File Explorer I get an error message. Intel Optane(tm) Memory Pinning Unable to load DLL 'iaStorAfsServiceApi.dll'

1. This is caused by Windows 10 1903 update.
2. To fix this click on Windows key + x.
3. Click on Apps and Features.
4. Select "Intel Optane Memory and Storage Management" (on the right pane).
5. Click on Advanced Options , then click Repair and then Reset.
6. Restart your computer.

The Intel Optane Pinning Explorer Extension was not installed. All I had was modify or uninstall. I clicked modify and it installed. Seems to be working so far! Thanks, Max Acosta
