I need help on the intel optane memory that I installed

I installed optane memory for 2 times, windows crashes and does not start any more. came into conflict with something.

my MSI Z370 motherboard my bios is up to date.

but the problem is when it works perfectly, it does not respond blocks the system, I do not understand why.

someone help me..

In order to better understand your situation, could you please confirm the following information:

 

 

*Could you please let us know what you mean by "it does not respond blocks the system"?

 

*Are you getting an error message before the failure?

 

*Are you using the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27682/Intel-Optane-Memory-User-Interface-and-Driver-for-System-Acceleration?product=99745 Intel® Optane™ Memory software or the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27681/Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Intel-RST-User-Interface-and-Driver?product=55005 Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) software in order to enable the module?

 

*Are you using any software related to your boot drive or related to any other drive?

 

*Please use the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software in order to get the logs from your system. Please follow the next steps:

 

 

1- Go to: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility?v=t and download the software.

 

2- When finished downloading it, open it.

 

3- Mark the box "Everything" and then click "Scan.

 

4- When finish scanning, click "Next."

 

5- Click on "Save."

 

6- Attach the file when replying.

my optane memory bios is enabled.

Does it have to be other software?

I installed windows without being enabled to intel optane memory. only after the module has been activated. Intel® Optane ™ Memory software

Please provide the following information:

Also, please attach screenshots of disk management and the Optane(TM) software.
