Intel Optane Intel 7 gen. and HD secondary

Hello,

With Intel 7th generation and memory optane from 32gb can I accelerate a secondary sata disk?

 

My main disk, where Windows 10 is installed, is a ssd disk

 

My motherboard has z270 chipsets and supports optane
