Hello ashygod,
Thank you for your interest in the Intel® Optane™ Memory.
I understand you are getting an "Unsupported BIOS Mode" error message while trying to install your memory module.
I checked the file that you attached and noticed the following:
According to the Overview and Requirements for Intel® Optane™ Memory (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000023994/memory-and-storage/intel-optane-memory.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000023994/memory-and-storage/intel-optane-memory.html) one of the base requirements to run the memory module is to use a memory ready UEFI BIOS (Legacy BIOS mode isn't supported).
Please make the corresponding BIOS mode change and try again.
In case you have any update or question don't hesitate to contact us.

Andres V.
