Hello, Marcostacos.
Thank you for posting on the Intel Community Support forum.
I received your thread regarding this problem with the Optane drive, and I will be reviewing this with you, just keep in mind that community support is provided in english only.
The only recommendation I can provide right now is to review your laptop issue with the system manufacturer, specially if the system does not even recognize other disks or has problems with them.
What LeonWaksman mentioned is also a good option, and you can check your system BIOS settings with the manufacturer as well, or confirm if there is a way to restore/reset the system to factory state.
I will follow up on September 7th in case you would like to keep this thread open.

The Intel Optane Memory H10 SSD was installed in SATA RST mode and the O.S. Boot is UEFI. The new NVMe SSD should be partitioned with GPT partition and UEFI boot.
Leon
Edit:
With the the new NVMe SSD it is advised to change the SATA Mode to AHCI (rather than RST with Optane).

Hello, Marcostacos.
This post is to inform you about the closure of this support thread.
I previously recommended to contact the system manufacturer for assistance as the problem look more related to the overall system rather than the Optane itself, and one of our community super users also provided a good recommendation.
Since further assistance was not requested and other questions did not take place, the thread will be closed right now, and it will no longer be monitored by Intel support, but if you require any type of assistance from Intel in the future, just open a new thread, or contact us using any of the available support methods:
