intel optane memory h20 not recognized in bios

installed new operating system now the intel optane memory is not recognized

Please let me know the following:

1. Did the Optane H20 come preinstalled with your system?

2. Was the Optane acceleration disabled before reinstalling the operating system?

3. Have you tried connecting the drive to a different system?

4. Have you tried using a different SSD?
