I received your ticket regarding this Optane H20 not being recognized, and I will be reviewing this with you.
Please let me know the following:
1. Did the Optane H20 come preinstalled with your system?
2. Was the Optane acceleration disabled before reinstalling the operating system?
3. Have you tried connecting the drive to a different system?
4. Have you tried using a different SSD?
I will follow up on September 15th in case additional time is required.
