Intel Optane is Disabled

Hello Everybody

After several trials i still haven't managed to activate optane memory The operating system recognizes it, the drivers are up to date, but I can't find how to activate it in Windows 10 - 64 bits.

I have used all available intel apps

My laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad 330 S

I previously recommended that the best option would be to contact the laptop manufacturer for assistance or specific instructions on how to properly enable the Optane Memory and also offered the option to contact us via phone or chat to get remote assistance in case there is something else we can try.
