I checked your ticket regarding the message in Intel Rapid Storage Technology, I will be glad to assist you.
This is not really a problem or error, this message is just to let you know that your system seems to meet the requirements for Intel® Optane™ Memory, if you do not have one installed in your system, you can just ignore the message, if you have an Optane™ Memory drive and is not recognized, just let me know.
An Optane™ Memory module is similar to an M.2 SSD, the difference is that it is not designed for storage purposes, it is used to accelerate storage devices, for example, it may accelerate your boot drive or secondary drive (with some limitations).

I'm still not able to understand your question and I do not see an Intel Optane Memory listed in the report
- Do you have and Intel Optane Memory drive?
- Did your computer come with Intel Optane Memory?
- Are you planning on getting an Intel Optane Memory?
- Was Intel Optane Memory working on your computer before?
I see that your system is listed as "ACER Aspire E5-576", you may contact the system manufacturer if you are concerned about the compatibility, possible setup or possible problems with the Optane memory if it came pre-installed in your system.
