Good night,

along with hello ... I have a problem with an Intel Optane memory (intel h10 512Gb + 32 Gb optane) I purchased it to put in a laptop msi ge65 raider9sf. With Intel i7 9750h processor but when placing it on the board and activating the RST premium mode in the Bios ... it does not detect the 32gb optane ... I format the SSD and installed OS from 0 even so I have not managed to activate the 32gb module

in advance thank you very much for your answer

Hello, FrisSk.

Thank you for posting in the Intel Community Support forums.

I received your case about Optane Memory H10 not being properly recognized, I will be glad to assist you.

I was trying to look for details in the MSI product page, but I could not find Intel Optane Memory compatibility information there or the user manual:

- Product page: https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/GE65-RAIDER-9SX?sub_product=GE65-Raider-9SF

The best option is to confirm with the system manufacturer (OEM) if your laptop is Optane Memory ready and also provides support for the H10 family. This is specially important since your system may support the previous Optane M series and not the newer H series, but the OEM can provide you with more guidance regarding compatibility and required system configuration specific for you laptop (if supported).

Additionally, here is more information about the different Optane Memory series if you want to know more:

I will close the thread right now, but if you require any type of assistance from Intel in the future, you can always contact us back by opening a new thread or using any of the other support contact methods.

Best regards,
