- You didn't attached an image of your Disk Management.
- You didn't get answer for my questions 3 and 4.
- What is the P/N of the HDD boeing accelerated?
- What software are you using to enable Optane memory?
- What is the version of your Windows? To know the version of your Windows press Windows key + R. Run windows will open. Write command winver and click OK.
- Try to follow the MSI tutorial
- Update your BIOS to the latest version
- Download the User Manual and follow the instruction how to configure Optane Memory and Bios

- You are not giving any information about your system, so, it is difficult to give some advice:
- Is your Optane Module recognized in Bios and in Windows? Please attach an image of Disk Management.
- Has the drive boeing accelerated GPT type partition?
- In Bios settings, did you set the SATA mode to "Intel RST premium..."?
- Please read the Intel Optane Installation Guide to help you with installation.

It is being detected by the bios and by windows
But when I go to enable it in the optane memory software it just says No compatible disks for intel optane memory
