  1. You didn't attached an image of your Disk Management.
  2. You didn't get answer for my questions 3 and 4.
  3. What is the P/N of the HDD boeing accelerated?
  4. What software are you using to enable Optane memory?
  5. What is the version of your Windows? To know the version of your Windows press Windows key + R. Run windows will open. Write command winver and click OK.
  6. Try to follow the MSI tutorial
  7. Update your BIOS to the latest version
  8. Download the User Manual and follow the instruction how to configure Optane Memory and Bios

  1. You are not giving any information about your system, so, it is difficult to give some advice:
  2. Is your Optane Module recognized in Bios and in Windows? Please attach an image of Disk Management.
  3. Has the drive boeing accelerated GPT type partition?
  4. In Bios settings, did you set the SATA mode to "Intel RST premium..."?
  5. Please read the Intel Optane Installation Guide to help you with installation.

My system is

i5 8400

MSI z370 Gaming M5

16gb ram

It is being detected by the bios and by windows

But when I go to enable it in the optane memory software it just says No compatible disks for intel optane memory
