Optane Memory Status

Hello, could anyone help me to enable the optane memory status. Currently it is disabled and I can't enable it because it seems it is locked. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

So we can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

According to the SSU report, there is no Optane Memory Module installed on your computer. The only drive you have is 2TB Seagate HDD. So, you can't enable Optane acceleration.
