I'm trying to install a 16gb module for the secondary HD.
MSI said my PC (msi infinite x) is optane memory ready.
I checked BIOS and options seems set fine.
I unistalled rst and installed optane Memory user interface and driver for system acceleration and the toolbox.
The module is recognized but can't finished the activation. It's displayed the error code 0xA0050055.
Attached pictures with BIOS settings.
Thanks for the help.

Hello Gupise,
Thank you for your reply.
Based on the SSU logs and the screenshot you provide us seem to be that your operating system is not detecting the Optane memory at all not even as a storage device. This behavior could be due to one of the following reasons:
- Your Bios configuration is not set up correctly (we advise you to contact your original equipment manufacturer (OEM)).
- That the Optane memory was previously set up in another PC or used on a previous configuration on the same PC, was not properly deactivated and still contains information of this previous configuration. We advise you to contact your OEM in order to get instructions on how to access your BIOS option that allows you to deactivate Optane without needing to access the OS.
We will be looking forward to your reply in case that you need further assistance.
Best regards,
Josh B.

Hi Josh,
I think this is a misunderstanding, i removed optane memory to take the log and the screen!
So, i suppose you need It with the module inside .
I'll reply soon, thanks a lot for now.
