Thank you for posting in the Intel® communities.
I understand that you are not able to see the module in BIOS nor OS level, however I’m confused about if you had the Intel® Optane™ Memory setup before in this system. Could you please let me know if the module was working fine before, or if you did a system change like replacing the HDD or re-installing the Windows* OS?
