optane memory and storage

when i open the optane memory and storage management app it there is an error "windows cannot find C:ProgramFiles\WindowsApps\AppUp.IntelOptaneMemoryandStorageManagement...\RstHSA.Wpf.exe'.

Any suggestions on how to solve this? I already tried reinstalling the app.

Try to run Intel Optane Memory and Storage Management as Administrator.

Yes, someone had the same problem back in July and Administrator account fixed it!
