I am trying to open a support request for RMA an intel ssd.
However if i dont login, I can check the warranty status of the drive.
When I login and try todo this, it infinitely redirects me to
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support.html
When I click on warranty & replacement it takes me to https://supporttickets.intel.com/warrantyinfo?lang=en-US, then just redirects me without letting me put in any info back to
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support.html
The support site seems completely broken to create RMA, I tried on 2 different browsers without any history on firefox and chrome.

My apologies for the inconvenience you experienced while trying to submit your request.
I just tested the support portal and seems to be working fine, and there are no reports about issues happening right now, so it could have been a temporary problem.
