Altera – Modelsim problems

When I start “Start Test Bench Template writer” I receive this error message 

    Cannot start test bench template writing—no EDA simulation tool specified    In the EDA Tool Options I specified “C:\altera\91sp2\modelsim_ase\win32aloem”  for ModelSim and ModelSim-Altera.     Still I’m getting same message.     Altera version Quartus 9.1  Modelsim Version: Altera Starter Edition 6.5b    Any ideas?

try choosing ModelSim-Altera in Assignments > Settings > EDA Tools > Simulation, then running the writer

.vht is just to differentiate that the file is a test bench, ModelSim will compile it without a problem
